FAQ:

Q:When turn on,device no response

A:The device can not work if battery is empty.Please charge the device 5 mins then trun on it again,it will work normally. Because the instant current of ignition is very high and it may burn the fuse of car charger,please insert the car charger into cigar lighter after ignition.

Q:The touch screen is not sensitive

A:Please find the icon calibration,and make calibrate to solve this problem

Q:The GPS gets dead,no response no matter which icon you touch

A:Please use the style to press reset button on the backside

Q:The GPS takes too long time to get GPS signal

A:Usually it takes 1-1.5 mins for GPS to take signal at the first time.The second time will be much shorter.When receiving GPS signal,the front side should face the sky in open air without any barrier.It will increase signal receiving time if it?s cloudy or under Skyscrapers.

Q:I can not enter the map

A:Maybe the map data is broken.Please delete the map and copy map of other device that has same map and works well.ecause the navi path is brok.

Maybe the navi path is broken.Please reset the navi path.Click navi path,choose the map.

For example IGO8 map.The navi path is /residentflash/IGO8/IGO8.exe

Q:The map can not find signal

A:Please click setting-GPS info,you can see the signal receiving status.In open air,it?s very fast to get the GPS signal.When it finds 3 satellites,it can make the location.If you can see satellites here,it means the GPS device can work well and there is some setting mistake of map.Please contact us for map problems.

Q:GPS location error

A:GPS location has 10-30 error based on diffferent condition.Cloudy day,weak GPS signal,errors of map data will affect the accuracy of GPS location.

Q:FM can not work well and there are lots of noises

A:You can not chosse the frequency that near a FM radio station.

  Steps to use FM:

Turn on your car radio to a frequency there is no FM radio station,for example 80MHz.Click FM of your GPS and make it 80MHzThen you can listen the navigation voice/MP3 sound from your car speaker

Q:I download some video files from internet,I can play with computer, but it GPS navigator can not pla it well and sometimes get frozen

A:GPS navigator can not support so many kinds of video file like computer.Please check the user manual and only play the video,audio files that GPS navigator supports

Q:The standby time is very short sometimes

A:The standby time is around 40mins to 1.5 hours under different working temperature and condition.The standby time will be shorter if the working temperature is too high or too low.
